Fajardo Method® Instructor
Certified Personal Trainer
I came to this work because I began having health problems when I was 20. I was experiencing symptoms such as chronic fatigue, chronic widespread pain, lowered immune system function, environmental and food allergies, digestive trouble, and more. These problems impacted my quality of life, limiting my ability to be social, to be active and mobile, and just generally to be healthy. I tried many different types of healing modalities, both conventional and alternative, over the course of 7 years, until I finally found something that was able to improve my health on all fronts. That modality was the Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics®, which turned my life around. I very much enjoy teaching this work to others and nurturing their pathways to health.
Today I am able to enjoy many different types of movement, much of it playful. Some of my favorites are partner dancing, boating, backpacking, swimming and parkour.
