This class combines a classic circuit training approach for a fun and varied workout with the application of Fajardo Method® principles, a modality that addresses movement and postural imbalances created by stress. This class places emphasis on quality of movement and optimal biomechanics, including appropriate range of motion, joint articulation, how to move without injury, and more.
